Welcome to the Land of Ramayana Legends. Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Begin your scenic drive towards Sigiriya, travelling through charming villages and lush landscapes. En-route Ramayana Sites: Munneswaram Temple – One of the most important temples associated with Lord Rama’s prayers to Lord Shiva. Manavari Temple – The first Shivalinga installed by Lord Rama on his return journey. After completing these sacred visits, proceed to Sigiriya. Check in to your hotel and relax after the journey.

Overnight Stay at Sigiriya.

Meal: Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, proceed on a full-day excursion to Trincomalee, a spiritually powerful coastal city. Visit Hot Water Springs (Kanniya) – Seven natural hot wells believed to have divine healing properties. Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal Temple – Dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Koneswaram Temple (Shakti Peedam) – One of the most revered Shakti Peedams where Goddess Sati’s body part is believed to have fallen. Sri Bhadrakali Amman Temple – An ancient temple devoted to Goddess Kali. Enjoy panoramic views of the Indian Ocean before returning to Sigiriya. Overnight Stay at Sigiriya.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress (exterior view), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an iconic landmark of Sri Lanka.

Proceed to Kandy with en-route visits to Matale Muthumariamman Temple – A renowned Hindu temple featuring colorful Dravidian architecture. Spice Garden, Matale – Learn about Sri Lanka’s famous spices during a guided visit.

Arrive in Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandy Cultural Dance Show showcasing local music and dance traditions. Overnight Stay at Kandy

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, the most important Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka. Proceed with a short Kandy city tour including a scenic drive around Kandy Lake, visit to the Gem Museum, and shopping at silk and handicraft shops. Later, travel through the beautiful hill country to Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England”.

En route and in Nuwara Eliya, visit Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple at Ramboda, Ramboda Waterfalls, a Tea Factory to learn about Ceylon tea production, Gayathri Peedam, Seetha Amman Temple believed to be the place where Sita Devi was held captive by Ravana, and Gregory Lake.

Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

After breakfast, visit Divurumpola Temple, the sacred site where Sita Devi is believed to have undergone the Agni Pariksha (trial by fire). Continue to Sri Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple, dedicated to the five-faced form of Lord Hanuman.

Later, proceed to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital. Enjoy a Colombo city tour, including visits to popular attractions and time for shopping at local markets and shopping malls. Overnight stay at Colombo.

Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund on booking amount

2. In case you wish to cancel your tour please email us at holidays.splendid@gmail.com & contact our respective representative.

3. 50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the event.

4. 25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the departure date of the event.

5. NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the departure date of the event.

6. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain Hikers, no refund shall be payable.

Cancellation charges are based on the total package cost, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.
