• Meals not mentioned in Includes List.

• Entry fees at monuments Camera, Photography/Videography charges wherever applicable.

• Any Personal expenses Snow sports / Activates / Pony / Horse rides. Any guide, helper, porter while on tour.

• Any Insurance. Any up-gradation in room category, food menu etc. Any special attire required to visit any sightseeing place.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)

• Anything else than includes list.

Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel your trek please email us at hikers.mountain@gmail.com & contact our respective representative.

1. No Refund on booking amount

2. In case you wish to cancel your tour please email us at holidays.splendid@gmail.com & contact our respective representative.

3.  50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the event.

4.  25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the departure date of the event.

5.  NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the departure date of the event.

6. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain Hikers, no refund shall be payable.

Cancellation charges are based on the total package cost, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.
