• No Refund on Booking Amount

• 50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior  to the departure date of the event.

• 25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior  to the departure date of the event.

• NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the  departure date of the event.

• In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural  calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain  Hikers, no refund shall be payable.

Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, accommodation, transportation, or any tour arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
