DUKES NOSE MONSOON TREK

Day 1: 

Gather at Pune Railway Station at 05:30 AM. After attendance, we will catch sinhgad express at 06:05 AM.

06:18 AM: Khadki

06:28 AM: Pimpari

06:33 AM: Chinchwad

07:13 AM: Lonavala

07:18 AM: Reach Khandala railway station. Train stops for 2 minutes only at Khandala Railway Station.

07:30 AM: Have breakfast.

08:00 AM: Short introduction before starting the trek.

08:15 AM: Start trek towards Dukes Nose.

11:30 AM: Reach top of Dukes Nose.

12:30 PM: Have packed lunch

01:30 PM: Start descending the Dukes Nose.

02:30 PM: Reach Kurvande village.

03:00 PM: Start walk of 4 kms towards Lonavala Railway station OR you can hire a Local Jeep at your own cost.

After reaching Lonavala Railway Station, catch Lonavala-Pune local train.

Kurvande to Lonavala & Lonavala to Pune Local Train Ticket.

Any personal expenditure.

Any emargency / evacuation/ rescues if required

Mineral water, cold drinks, any personal Orders etc.

Any other which is not mentioned in Cost Includes.

Cancellation Policy

If a participant decides to cancel their participation in the trek, the following refund policy will apply:

90% amount will be refunded of the total trek cost if canceled 15 days in advance.

70% amount will be refunded of the total trek cost if canceled 10 days in advance.

50% amount will be refunded of the total trek cost if canceled 05 days in advance.

0% refund if canceled in less than 05 days of the event date and time.

Missed Bus Pickup:

If a participant fails to show up for the trek or misses the designated bus pickup, no refund will be provided. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they arrive at the meeting point on time.

Event Cancellation by Organizer:

1. In the event that the trek is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or any other situation beyond their control, participants will be eligible for a refund. 

2. The refund amount in such cases will be determined by the organizer and will depend on factors such as the stage of the trek, expenses already incurred, and any applicable administrative fees.

It is important for participants to carefully review and understand the refund policy before booking the trek. By proceeding with the booking, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Note:

Avoid wearing jewelry.

Consumption of alcohol or any narcotic substance is strictly prohibited.

Wear full clothes and do not use deodorant or perfume during the trek
