Do Dham Yatra is a popular pilgrimage tour in India that involves visiting two sacred Hindu shrines, namely Kedarnath and Badrinath. These two shrines are located in the Uttarakhand state of northern India and hold significant religious importance for Hindus.

About the event
Day 1: ARRIVE HARIDWAR
Today, Arrive Haridwar & checked into a hotel.

Day 2: Transfer from Haridwar to Guptakashi (205 Km / 7 to 8 Hours)
Arrive at Haridwar. Meet our representative & start your journey towards Guptakashi. On arrival check-in at hotel. Rest for some time & explore Guptkashi town. Guptkashi is known for its temples and holy sites. Visit the Vishwanath and Ardhnareshwar temple.

Day 3: Guptkashi / Sitapur – Kedarnath (30 Km + 20 Km trek)
After breakfast, embark on a drive to Sonprayag. This is the starting point for the trek to Kedarnath. Begin your trek to Kedarnath. The trekking path is scenic and takes you through beautiful landscapes. You have the option to hire a Doli or a horse for the trek if you prefer not to walk the entire distance on foot. The cost for these services is usually not included and should be arranged on the spot. Reach Kedarnath and check-in to your accommodation. After some rest, explore the Kedarnath Temple and its surroundings. Absorb the spiritual atmosphere and witness the stunning beauty of the Himalayas.

Day 4: Kedarnath – Guptkashi (20 Km trek +55 Km drive)
Today you are to be taken to attend the 'Abhishek' to Kedarnath. The ceremony starts at 4:45, so you have to be in the temple before that. After the puja enter the Garbha Griha open for pilgrims. After darshan and puja, come out of the temple and return to the Camp. After breakfast, start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag

Day 5: Guptkashi – Badrinath (190 Km)
Start your day with an early breakfast in the morning, check out of the hotel and start driving towards your next destination, Badrinath via Joshimath. Badrinath is an important pilgrimage site which holds immense importance for both Hindus and Buddhists. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Before entering the temple, visit Tapt Kund, a hot spring, to take a bath. It is a customary purification ritual before entering the sacred temple. Proceed to the Badrinath Temple for darshan. Absorb the spiritual vibes and marvel at the architecture of this revered shrine. After the temple visit, return to the hotel. Have dinner and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Badrinath.

Day 6: Badrinath - Joshimath - Haridwar (280 Km / 9 to 10 Hours)
After breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. On the way Darshan of Vishu Prayag, Narsinh Temple, Karna Prayag and Nand Prayag. Arrive Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day 7: Haridwar - Departure
Early morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel & start your journey towards your destination.

Important Points to Note:
> Kindly check hotel pictures before booking. Premiumness of Hotels may vary on hills.
> Rates will be valid for Indian nationals only. BioMetric Registration for the Yatra needs to be done by the passenger only, before the Yatra Begins as per government guidelines.
> All timings need to be adhered to strictly.
> Guests need to book Local Jeep from Sonprayag to Gaurikund and back to Sonprayag on their own.
> All passengers need to carry Valid Identity Proofs & Passport Size Picture (both soft & hard copy)
> Hot Water may or may not be available at certain locations, specially Kedarnath.
> Medical Fitness of passengers is presumed.
> Sightseeing strictly as per defined itinerary and time availability.
> Due to heavy Traffic Jam / Landslide any issue to reach at given destination. Company will be not responsible for the above delay issue or new booking.
> No Refund in case of force majeure. Any natural Disaster
> Company will not be responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft during the package.
> We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides on Chardham tour route, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package cost.
> For Yamnotri, guests have to leave Hotel latest by 05:00 AM at any cost. Any delay caused while returning to the hotel company is not responsible.
> For Gangotri, guests have to leave the Hotel latest by 05:00 AM at any cost.
> We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
> Itinerary & price of the tour is subject to change without any prior notice.
> Meal varieties (Breakfast / Dinner) will be the basis of the hotel menu.
> Passenger needs to leave the hotel by 4am, for Trek to Kedarnath Ji temple will start at around 5am & passenger has to return back before the departure for the next day. Passengers have to take a pony or doli at their own cost to reach back on time.
> All norms as per Government Authorities to be followed.
> During the thermal scanning if any pilgrim is found with high temperature, he/she will not be allowed to visit shrine and COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/ANTIGEN/TRUENAT/CBNAAT) will be conducted at own cost by pilgrims.
> Vehicles will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact the company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these things with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of some issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, NeelkanthMahadev, AdiBadri, BhavishyaBadri etc. Kindly contact the company in case you want to include these places rather than the driver.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case you wish to cancel your trek please email us at hikers.mountain@gmail.com & contact our respective representative.
1. 50% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days and less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the event.
2. 25% refund if cancellation is made more than 20 days and less than 30 days prior to the departure date of the event.
3. NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 20 days prior to the departure date of the event.
4. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc.) of Mountain Hikers, no refund shall be payable.
Cancellation charges are based on the total trek fee, irrespective of the amount paid either full or partial.
